Job Summary

Abacus Staffing is now hiring General Warehouse Associates to support inbound and outbound operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who are comfortable working extended shifts and rotating schedules while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Inbound Department:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
• Verify product counts and quality
• Label, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Outbound Department:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
• Verify order accuracy before shipment
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (as assigned)
• Meet productivity and quality standards

General Duties:

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by management

Work Schedule

This position operates on a rotating 4-day work schedule , including every other Wednesday :

• Schedule A: Sunday – Tuesday & every other Wednesday, AM Shift
• Schedule B: Sunday – Tuesday & every other Wednesday, PM Shift
• Schedule C: Thursday – Saturday & every other Wednesday, AM Shift
• Schedule D: Thursday – Saturday & every other Wednesday, PM Shift

Shift Options & Pay Rates

1st Shift (Day Shift):

• Hours: 4:00 AM – 4:40 PM
• Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

2nd Shift (Night Shift):

• Hours: 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Willingness to work weekends and rotating schedules
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
