We are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in North Andover, Massachusetts. This provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a broad spectrum of non-emergent conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
Opportunities are available across multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.
Schedule: Centers operate seven days per week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with full-time defined as a 36-hour workweek.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $75–$85 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements:
Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Board certification as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Current or eligible licensure in Massachusetts
Prior urgent care experience preferred
Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Working knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused, team-oriented approach
