Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Services Consulting
Contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables
Review and analyze moderately complex business consulting challenges
Perform in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Contribute to resolving moderately complex issues
Collaborate with client personnel within Technology Business Services Consulting
Required Qualifications: 4+ years of IT support or Business Services experience (or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large, complex workforce datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, trackers, and operational reports
Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
Communicate insights clearly and confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders
Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and processes
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation across sources
Partner with Finance, HR, Technology, and Business teams on workforce planning

Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
Expert-level PowerPoint storytelling
Advanced Power Automate expertise
Strong experience in workforce management, analytics, or business execution
Experience building end-to-end workflows
Strong verbal and written communication skills (ability to explain complex data clearly)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
