Summary

We are currently seeking a professional, dependable, and service‑oriented Security Officer to join our dedicated Security Team.

Position Summary

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for hotel guests, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills to ensure hotel safety standards are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property
• Patrol hotel premises and respond promptly to incidents or safety concerns
• Enforce hotel policies and safety procedures in a courteous and professional manner
• Accurately document incidents and accidents through detailed reports
• Collaborate with various hotel departments, hotel leadership and emergency services as needed
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous security experience preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Open availability including weekends and holidays is required for this role
