Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Lead, train, and evaluate production line personnel, fostering a productive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and analyze production reports on output, scrap, and labor utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, train, and direct production personnel.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to optimize production.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and quality standards (e.g., ISO) relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in specific ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) used in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop production leads or junior supervisors.
• Certification in a relevant area such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or specific equipment operation.
