Role: Performance Tester
Experience Required: 6-8 Years
We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in performance and non-functional testing for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead performance testing initiatives for P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance applications , design performance testing strategies, execute test plans, and present performance insights to business and technical stakeholders.
Design and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise applications.
Lead performance testing efforts for P&C insurance applications , including Talon applications.
Develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, Taurus, and Lighthouse .
Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks.
Present performance testing results and recommendations to customer executives and stakeholders .
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure applications meet performance and scalability requirements.
Guide and mentor existing QE teams on performance testing tools, methodologies, and best practices .
Conduct non-functional testing , including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing.
Provide recommendations for system optimization and performance improvements.
Hands-on experience with Performance Testing tools such as JMeter, Taurus, and Lighthouse
Strong experience in Non-Functional Testing
Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify system bottlenecks
Experience presenting performance testing results to technical and business stakeholders
Experience working with P&C insurance applications
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks and automation
Experience working in Agile environments
