By mid-morning, you’ve huddled with Procurement and Sales to align on demand signals, then fine-tuned priorities to keep lead times on track. In the afternoon, you’ll clear bottlenecks on the line, update schedules in our ERP/MRP platforms , and trim inventory exposure while ensuring customers get what they need—on time and at the right cost.
