Manufacturing Production Scheduler

A day in this role

At 7:00 AM, you’ll open your dashboard and compare yesterday’s throughput to today’s plan. You’ll slot work orders, check raw material availability, and balance open capacity. By mid-morning, you’ve huddled with Procurement and Sales to align on demand signals, then fine-tuned priorities to keep lead times on track. In the afternoon, you’ll clear bottlenecks on the line, update schedules in our ERP/MRP platforms , and trim inventory exposure while ensuring customers get what they need—on time and at the right cost.

• Translate demand into executable manufacturing schedules.
• Coordinate materials and resources from raw inputs through finished goods.
• Monitor production flow, identify constraints, and remove roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Sales to balance service, cost, and inventory.
• Continuously improve planning accuracy, throughput, and efficiency.

Role details

• Shift: 7:00AM–4:00PM
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Pay Range: $23.00–$25.00 DOE

What you’ll bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• APICS certification (preferred, not required).
• Familiarity with Infor X, HighJump, SAP, D365, Oracle, AS400, RF scanners; strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in supply chain, production planning, and/or commodity management.
• Background in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (required).
