We’re partnering with a growing financial services organization seeking a senior accounting leader to own the general ledger, financial reporting, internal controls, and day-to-day accounting operations. This role reports to the CFO and oversees core accounting functions, including AP, reconciliations, cash management, and budgeting.
What You’ll Do
Own the general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting
Lead internal controls, policies, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory guidance
Oversee AP, fixed assets, liquidity management, and vendor oversight
Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Manage and develop accounting staff and processes
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5+ years of accounting experience, financial services preferred
Prior people management experience
CPA strongly preferred
