Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on active job sites. Our work takes place in the five-county area Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery,  and Philadelphia. 

This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, layout scope, manage crews efficiently, maintain safety standards, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule.

Foreman Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on active job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications; perform accurate layout according to project scope
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet schedules
• Operate and oversee heavy equipment as required
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and field personnel
• Complete daily reports, crew time tracking, and required documentation
• Osha 10 Required, OSHA 30 Preferred
• Able to lift 80 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug test
