A&P Mechanic – Marana
To perform functions assigned in the service, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft components, parts, and accessories, including disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, testing, calibration, documentation, and maintenance of structures, engines, electrical systems, and related equipment in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.

#Education & Job Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
*Post-secondary education or training in Aircraft Maintenance, or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
*A&P License and a valid driver’s license required.
*Minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
*Ability to read, write, and understand the English language and follow verbal and written instructions.
*Ability to interpret and apply technical data related to the position.
*Ability to safely operate a standard shift automotive vehicle and applicable equipment.

#Job Duties & Functions
*Research technical data and perform disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, testing, and calibration of aircraft components using special tools and ground equipment in accordance with maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and company policies and procedures.
*Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, including wings and fuselage, and functional components, including rigging, surface controls, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
*Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and specifications to determine repair methods.
*Complete identification, inspections, routing tags, forms, and Component Removal Log entries when removing units from aircraft, engines, or subassemblies.
*Disassemble and inspect aircraft and engine parts for wear or defects.
*Repair or replace defective engine parts and reassemble and install engines.
*Adjust, repair, or replace electrical wiring systems and aircraft accessories.
*Perform miscellaneous servicing duties, including cleaning, servicing, greasing, moving parts, and checking brakes.
*Ensure proper documentation of training records signed by Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
*Perform maintenance and repair of company equipment and shop housekeeping.
*Ensure all work is performed safely and maintain safe working conditions.

*May be required to work at either the Marana, AZ, or Tucson, AZ location based on business needs.
