What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance on aircraft engines in compliance with FAA regulations.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems including engines, structures, hydraulics, electrical, and avionics components.
• Accurately complete logbook entries, maintenance records, and documentation .
• Conduct operational checks and return aircraft to service when appropriate.
• Follow proper tool usage, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance leadership on aircraft condition, findings, and repair timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant workspace .

What We’re Looking For

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (preferred).
• 1–3 years of hands‑on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical drawings .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands‑on maintenance environment.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

• Experience with General Aviation, Commercial Aircraft, or Rotorcraft .
• experience in fast‑paced or high‑volume maintenance operations .
• Additional credentials such as IA , factory training, avionics experience, or turbine/piston certifications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Myers, FL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
